What is your Return Policy?
The following details outline our Return Policy:
  • All product(s) are to be returned by the customer; please contact us for the closest  warehouse for your return. 
  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are accepted up to 90 days from the original order date, accompanied by the sales invoice #.
  • 25% restocking fee applies to all merchandise returned for credit. 
- Drywall and all Special-Order Items are non-returnable, nor refundable. 
- Ceiling Grid is not accepted for return nor refund (ceiling grid and all packaged products can only be returned in box quantities; no single pieces will be accepted. For example, even though we sell ceiling grid in single pieces, we cannot accept return of them as they are too easily damaged out of the box)
  • If the refund brings the initial order below our minimum delivery requirements (location dependent), a $50 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Discounts are subject to removal if the refund exceeds 20% of the order.

Do you really put materials right into my basement for the quoted prices?

You Bet! This is what we do, our experienced delivery personnel will deliver all the materials and tools you need to do your job and place them right to where you requested.  Certain locations are excluded from this service.

Can I order 10’, 12’ or 14’ sheets of drywall if my items need to go up or down the stairs?
In our experience, 9’ sheets are the largest sheets that fit through access up and down stairways, please review our Delivery Disclaimer.

When can I have my items delivered?

Monday to Friday, between 7am-12pm or 12pm-5pm

What if I need to make changes to my order?
We would be happy to help you modify any order that has been placed. Please contact us at 1.844.379.9251.

What if I order too much product?

Ordered too much? Don’t worry about it!  Contact us and we will advise you where to bring your unneeded materials back, excluding Drywall.  Please review our DELIVERY DISCLAIMER.

What happens if I ordered the wrong product or the product cannot be delivered to the requested location?
To avoid damage to the home owner's property and for the safety of our delivery personnel:

    > 1-800 Drywall will not deliver to a basement if the selected drywall sheets are too long in length. If they cannot be delivered to the basement, 1-800 Drywall will leave the drywall sheets on the driveway or at a location as instructed by the purchaser. If the product needs to be returned a credit will be provided for the product, less a $150 attempted delivery fee.

Roofing 2U will not load shingle and products on a roof with a "Roof Pitch" steeper the 8/12 (8"rise over 12")  If a roofing order needs to be returned a credit will be provided for products, less a $300 attempted delivery fee.

What happens in the event that I receive damaged product?
While we make every effort to ensure we deliver the highest quality drywall, some damage is expected as this a fragile product and can be managed during mud or trimming.
