Do you really put materials right into my basement for the quoted prices?

You Bet! This is what we do, our experienced delivery personnel will deliver all the materials and tools you need to do your job and place them right to where you requested.

Can I order 10’, 12’ or 14’ sheets of drywall if my items need to go up or down the stairs?

In our experience, 9’ sheets are the largest sheets that fit through access up and down stairways, please review our Delivery Disclaimer.

When can I have my items delivered?

Monday to Friday, between 7am-12pm or 12pm-5pm

What if I need to make changes to my order?

We would be happy to help you modify any order that has been placed. Please contact us at 1.844.379.9255.

What is your return policy if I order too much product?

Ordered too much? Don’t worry about it. Just bring your unneeded materials to the closest preferred supplier within 60 days of your order, we in return will provide a refund less a 25% restocking fee. It is important that the product be unused and in resalable condition. Sorry but all Tools sales are final.

What is your return policy if I ordered the wrong product or the product cannot be delivered to the requested location?

To avoid damage to the home owner's property and for the safety of our delivery personnel, 1-800 Drywall will not deliver to a basement if the selected drywall sheets are too long in length. If they cannot be delivered to the basement, 1-800 Drywall will leave the drywall sheets on the driveway or at a location as instructed by the purchaser. If the product needs to be returned a credit will be provided for the product, less a $100 attempted delivery fee.

What quality are the tools and materials you supply?

Although 1800 Drywall is here to help the DIY'rs, all the materials and tools we supply were designed for the professional for the best possible performance and results.

How do I measure paper bead?

This product comes in various lengths to suit various ceiling heights. Determine the height of your ceiling and count the number of outside corners. For example, if your ceiling height is 8’ and you have 4 outside corners, you will require 4 8’lengths of paper bead. Or, simply measure the lineal footage of each outside corner and add together to get the overall footage required.

How to Install and Finish Drywall like a Professional

For a professional looking finished product, please reference the following tips to properly plan the job, including materials needed, application methods and tools needed for the job. It is recommended you plan out the job on paper (i.e. size and positioning of drywall panels) and have all of the tools you need handy before beginning. Also, measure twice and cut once. Improper measuring results in improper fit, wasting your time and money.
