Roof Top Delivery includes the hoist charge to the roof, and the stacking of the bundles and rolls on the roof.   This includes the following items:

• Laminated Asphalt Shingles (bundles)
• Hip & Ridge Cap Shingles (bundles)
• Starter Shingles (bundles)
• Underlayment (rolls)
• Leak and Barrier (rolls)

• WE LOAD TO A MAXIMUM ROOF PITCH OF 8/12
• MAXIMUM CRANE REACH = 50FT

Roof Top - "Boom Only" includes only the "HOIST" of the Bundles & Rolls to the roof.  The Customer MUST provide resources on site at time of delivery to stack products on Roof!  Note: Roof must be prepared & ready to receive bundles.    Items HOISTED include:

• Hip & Ridge Cap Shingles
• Starter Shingles
• Underlayment
• Leak and Barrier

• WE BOOM TO A MAXIMUM ROOF PITCH OF 8/12
• MAXIMUM CRANE REACH = 50FT

Standard Truck charge fee applies on every delivery of roofing material irregardless of the location.  Note, this does NOT include hoisting products to the roof.  

• Charged based kilometers.   Rate charged is $3.50/KM, 
• Please confirm with GM prior to submitting to customer as some warehouses vary slightly.
